Elias has been serving with Responders On A Mission Int’l since 2012, and as of September 2024 has been promoted to Dominican Republic Director of Ministry. Elias has a heart to see firefighters across the Dominican Republic come to Christ, and is instrumental in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ within his hometown of Quisqueyea and to every person he comes in contact with.
