Julio Caesar has been serving with Responders On A Mission Int’l since 2015, and currently serves as the Chief at Gautier Fire Department in the Dominican Republic.  Julio Caesar is trained in many areas of emergency response, including Civil Aviation Security, Firefighting, HazMat, Basic & Advanced First Aid, Incident Command, Incident Security, & Handling of Dangerous Goods.

He is one of the ministers responsible for Discipleship within the departments in the Dominican Republic.
